 Description   

When I quitted the mininet which simulated 100 switches and connected to the controller using redist/beryllium-sr3 version, there was still a lot of switches in the topology after a few days.

Please test if it still happens in Carbon or Boron in the default design of OpenFlow plugin (the newer design).

Also what version OvS switches & mininet are you using?

Lowering importance from major to normal because He design is deprecated in carbon/boron and it is recommended to use Li Design

Please re-open the bug if you see the issue with carbon/nitrogen/oxygen branch.
