This patch can not be merge till 8939 bug is resolved. I believe because of 8939 bug, openflowplugin CSIT testcases are failing. Without passing CSIT we can not merge this patch.

I had triggered CSIT after the fix for NETCONF-446 got merged. Most of the flow-services CSIT cases have passed. There are only 3 failures in them which are related to verifying ovs connections.

Looks like clustering job has quite a few failures, which can be because of the changes in FRM or intermittent failure because of the CSIT infra. I triggered the job again to see if those testcases are failing consistently

Clustering job had passed for the latest CSIT job. There were 2 failures in clustering-perf job though which I'm seeing in other recent jobs too
