As found in see CONTROLLER-1760 not directly related to CONTROLLER-1756 (because it is a ReadOnlyTransaction and not a TransactionChain), but should still be fixed:

https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/62674/ for OPNFLWPLUG-933 seems to say it will fix this one too - we'll confirm this when we attach a new trace:transactions to NETVIRT-883 and don't see this in it anymore.

New trace:transactions just attached to NETVIRT-883 does not have this one anymore, so https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/62674/5/ does fix this. (But c/62674/5 does NOT fix OPNFLWPLUG-933; indeed FlowCapableTopologyProvider.isFlowTopologyExist still appears in relations to open TransactionChain, but no longer re. a ReadOnlyTransaction directly from DataBroker (as before).

Therefore this issue can be closed when a final version of c/62674/5 (still WIP) will have been merged.
