Error messages are logged in karaf.log as pasted below, when we set the bundle-based-reconciliation-enabled flag to true or set it back to false.

Wire shark capture after stopping and starting the switch doesn’t have any bundle messages captured. Flows are pushed via Flow mod messages.

Build tested : Oct 23 build. [stable tree Nitrogen]
