| Description |
|
If a VIP of 10.0.0.5 is created, and members from the 10.0.0.0/24 subnet is added to a LB instance, the only way to reach the LB members is by assigning a floating IP to the VIP. This limits usage of the LB within a subnet. It will be good to allow a dummy neutron port to be created that provides the MAC address to set for a VIP and thereby allowing for the LB to be used within the subnet. |
