 Description   

The recent change OVSDB-72 broke the pipeline.
The enum was swapped. But the pipeline order wasnt. That caused a wierd chain of Table 0 -> 20 -> 30 -> 90 -> 50 .... GOTO will not work for decreasing table numbers.
