Vagrant ends with error 404 in current ovsdb master

It looks like the Vagrantfile at the head of master uses 14.04, which works fine for me: http://opscode-vm-bento.s3.amazonaws.com/vagrant/virtualbox/opscode_ubuntu-14.04_chef-provisionerless.box

I'm marking this as bug as WORKSFORME. Please reopen if you run into this again even after rewinding to head.
