When you have a large configuration file from OVS, OpenDaylight can't decode and will error out.

Quick work around is to change the Buffer from 100000 to 1000000

To re-create the issue i ran the following commands.

sudo ovs-vsctl set-manager tcp:10.125.136.38:6640
sudo mn --controller=remote,ip=10.125.136.38 --topo tree,5 --switch ovsk,protocols=OpenFlow13
