For the broadcast flow, we keep OUTPUT PORT actions in action list. When a port is deleted, we should modify the flow to remove corresponding OUTPUT port action. The current code logic has some issue and the flow is not modified. |

Yes. OF10 uses action NORMAL so it is not affected. |
