 Description   

When I build GBP with Stable/Lithium, I get following errors in log inside GBP (InventoryHelper NPEs) which does not provision SFFs, but I also get log errors for issues with the SFC SFFs (see attachment stablelithium.karaf.log).

If I rebuild OVSDB from SR1, then rebuild GBP with -nsu, everything works.

Somewhere between the two, the way OVSDB SB communicates has broken.
