Openstack setup
=================
eth0 => Mgmt Network eth1=> Data Network eth3 => External Network

Problem:
============
1.Release Floating IP (on compute node1 vm) and reuse (released Floating IP) to another VM ( VM hosted on compute node2)
Example: Compute-1: VM 3.3.3.6 <=> Floating ip 7.7.7.12
Compute-2: VM 3.3.3.4 <=> Floating IP 7.7.7.12
2.External network (north <-> south) connectivity has been not exist.
3.East-West communication using data network working without issue.
4.If re-assign floating IP to another VM on same compute node,its working fine
Example:
Compute-1: VM 3.3.3.6 <=> Floating ip 7.7.7.12
Compute-1 : VM 3.3.3.3 <=> Floating IP 7.7.7.12

--Attached both scenario's br-int flows on both nodes.
