 Description   

In ovsdb 3 node cluster job major tests fails since Mar 12

Retrieval for the get request url:
/restconf/operational/network-topology:network-topology/topology/ovsdb:1

gives only the topology id information.
node attribute information is missing.

Note: These tests were working before.

The test fails with the distribution http://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.snapshot/org/opendaylight/integration/distribution-karaf/0.4.1-SNAPSHOT/distribution-karaf-0.4.1-20160314.030009-409.zip

Tested with latest Beryllium distribution. It is working as expected. Hence closing this bug and attached the karaf logs.
