no, it needs to stay in OVSDB and someone from that project needs to do the work. Although, it'll obviously be someone that knows int/test (does it have to be me....!!!! ????) 
It will be either you or, me (: I'll take a stab at it and take inputs from Tim. Perfect way to test my int/test dev setup too. Should be similar to existing, only setup of certificates will be additional steps.
