Genius 3 node CSIT fails randomly because of the bridge missing on the operational/topology datastore on delete and create of bridge.

For starters, get him to rebase it is in merge conflict.

daya_k : Can we prioritize this bug fix please, this has been troubling genius 3 node CSIT for quite sometime now.

quick glance at initial patch test results, and I think we need to dig in to see what the failures were.
