| Description |

We need to be able to specify classifier priority. To support the previous plugin behavior we propose that the parameter be optional with a default value of 64 (which is the current hard coded value it is set to in the PCMM messaging). This will affect the handling of internal qos, ipv6 and ext classifier handling and Yang code generation to update the REST interface. |
