Considering that today we have a script that can detect project dependency orders, in theory we could use that script to remove the need to have a super pom at all and just have mvn run against one project at a time in the correct dependency order to build autorelease. This would reduce the RAM requirements we need to build with a super pom and simplify maintenance of autorelease (no longer need to update pom.xml to add / remove projects. We could purely manage them via submodules. |
