Jenkins should be compressing the error attachments for the auto-release mail. This will speed up downloads but also get the messages under the mailing list size caps so that we don't have to manually release the messages. |

Better idea, we can archive the text on logs and provide a link to it. Or somehow provide a shorter text when we detect it's too long. |
