As requested I have submitted the changes with skiptests enabled. Add autorelease carbon job with skip tests enabled |

A autorelease job is now available on releng: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/autorelease/job/autorelease-release-notests-carbon/ Decreasing the importance or can we close this as resolved ? |
