 Description   

I have a gerrit change [0], which need to be validated in sandbox, according to the last review comment.

I also have a sandbox account: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/sandbox/user/valentina/

I want to re-build this job [1] with a new parameter PATCHREFSPEC: refs/changes/65/57065/1.

I've logged in, I tried to change PATCHREFSPEC parameter in parameters page [2].
But there is no any way or button to save my changes and, then to relaunch the build ( I mean "Build with Parameters” and “Build" options).

Would anyone, please, take a look at job pages screenshots in the attachment, and give me a needed permissions.
