The only jobs are easier to debug.
The all jobs are important to confirm feature compatibility, but their result are not expected to change very (and running both types of jobs daily is not plausible with current Jenkins load).

So this was the other alternative we discussed to reduce jenkins load, basically we have to re-add the only jobs and blacklist the all from distribution test and add those to weekly.
