 Description   

Add the folowing hardening bits to the createRenderedPath RPC:

  1. Check if input RSP name is null and if so do not attempt to read an RSP from datastore with a null RSP name.
  2. Check that SFP name was provided as input.
  3. Raise to the upper layer any unexpected exceptions
