This is nice to have and it really makes sense if you strive to do it with no (or the least possible) traffic interruption, something that will require end to end analysis and probably a huge deal of effort. I wonder if vanilla openstack supports this with no traffic interruption. Otherwise, we do have the option to: create new port chain, detach the classifier from the old port chain and attach it to the new one, and delete the old port chain. I find this procedure better if we dont really support the above with no traffic interruption.
