Because of the new requirement to provide username and password to perform RESTConf operations, SFC initial config files are not properly loaded. A 401 error is received. |

The previous bugfix was accidentally based on not yet merged commit, thus it was abandoned. This one is correct: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/11723/ |
