The RC2.2 distribution test job had one abort [0] (red dot):

The reason is that a BindException was seen on the karaf console.

I can see it locally and it points to snbi. This [1] must be the port that is
having trouble being opened.

but I don't see any projects claiming to use port 4936 on our Port wiki [2]. Actually,
not even SNBI is claiming to use that port.

Note, this is coming when we load "all" features, so the conflict could be
coming with any of a many other projects.

Here's a bug [3] and maybe the resolution is just to remove snbi from the
"all" list?

PS. I'm still wondering what we need to do to stop exceptions from showing
up on the console and go to the karaf.log file?

I think the big no-no is the specific IPv6 address at line 157 [0].
"fd08::aaaa:bbbb:1" is an address in private range [1], but most machines do not allow programs to bind it (without prior configuration on OS level).
