In the given gerrit, merged patch set 7, then jenkins merge job fails:

The failure:
https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/snmp4sdn-merge-boron/70/consoleFull

Error part is as below, seems due to not allow to created new directory (sal is for the first time to be uploaded), or due to the filename should contains SNAPSHOT tag?

06:35:42 Uploading: https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.snapshot/org/opendaylight/snmp4sdn/sal/0.7.0/sal-0.7.0.pom
06:35:42 ERROR: Failed to deploy artifacts: Could not transfer artifact org.opendaylight.snmp4sdn:sal:jar:0.7.0 from/to opendaylight-snapshot (https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.snapshot/): Failed to transfer file: https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.snapshot/org/opendaylight/snmp4sdn/sal/0.7.0/sal-0.7.0.jar. Return code is: 400, ReasonPhrase: Bad Request.

> filename should contains SNAPSHOT tag?

Version string should contain snapshot tag, in order to get bumped properly over main and SR releases. Added comments to the Gerrit Change.

Aforementioned gerrit #44826 had been reverted, this bug no longer exists.
