 Description   

SXP only provides for KeepAlives to be sent by the speaker. This means that the listener can detect a link down or a slow/faulty speaker. The speaker however does not. We need a way to detect a faulty listener/slow listener. Essentially, we need something like WriteTimoeoutHandler
