1 Run SXP Java
2 Run SXP C 1
3 Run SXP C 2 (hano none bindings)
4 Remove connection between SXP Java and SXP C 1
5 SXP should update binding learned from SXP C 1 by changing its peer sequence ( now it is propagated through SXP C 2 )
