decreasing importance to critical because we have no new karafs since July 6. Once this is fixed and regress will still persist, i'll update it to blocking state again. |

This seems to be config subsystem unrelated. Exceptions you have mentioned point to problems in topoprocessing module, since they are trying to make illegal writes to datastore. Needs more investigations, though. |
