 Description
      • Summary ***
The output topology may, when requested, contain just
        "<topology xmlns="urn:TBD:params:xml:ns:yang:network-topology"><topology-id>topo:1</topology-id></topology>"
instead of a full topology with nodes and other content.
      • Example ***
May be observed on topoprocessing-csit-1node-topology-operations-all-beryllium job, but other scopes/branches are not ruled out yet.
Run nr. 569 [1] has two test-case failures because of this.

The karaf log shows that the underlay-topology listeners have had been registered, and correlation configuration read, but nothing more seems to have had happened after.

      • Notes ***
This seem to affect mostly the first few test cases in a suite.
