 Description   
  • TopoprocessingProviderImpl implements a Provider but never close it, hence retaining reference on the class when destroyed, leaking instance of it.
  • While registering rpcImplementation or rpcListener, the returned registration object should be kept, to be #close() on shutdown.

Patch merged. There still is some memory leak when topoprocessing process some request as is mentioned in patch comments in gerrit. We will investigate it further in future.
