 Description   

For Fluorine integration, rather than working with admin status of the links, a short term solution deleting ROADM to ROADM links when a neighbour disapear shall be put in place

Is this the same issue as TRNSPRTPCE-4  ?

TRNSPRTPCE-4 is the issue. In the description Ahmed entered a possible workaround which corresponds to what you proposed in a first step.
TRNSPRTPCE-13 is the user story that was created in the current sprint to solve this issue but in a different way : this is a short term alternative were rather than using the admin status of the link we propose to automatically delete the ROADM to ROADM link.

Done. Not tested yet : tests need to be change considering notification mechanisms
