Function tests are launched with jenkins macro 'gerrit-tox-verify' in a separate container than odl-maven-jobs.

Problems identified:

Maven has to be installed on it because it is not present on the correponding docker image.
The job interferes with jenkins vote. So I have forced the return code to success inside tox.
OLM tests can not be performed - karaf is killed by the container, probably because of a memory starvation problem ( too much honeynode instances launched)
Nosetests results are not displayed in the jenkins console because stderr is redirected to log files. The link to those logs is given only at the end of the job and it takes more than one hour.
