As an end user,
I want to see important link information between two nodes or devices
In order to be able to access link information easily

• Link information should be on the form of yang tree reflecting the link information of the link yang file.
• Information to be represented include: link type , opposite link, link length, link latency
• there should be hyperlink to show opposite link information
• operational state have (for indication to be verified) the possible following values: inService(1), outOfService(2), degraded(3)
• administrative state have (for indication to be verified) the possible following values: inService(1), outOfService(2), maintenance(3)
• lifecycle state have (for indication to be verified) the possible following values: deployed(1),planned(2), maintenance(3), deploying(4), undeploying(5), undeployed(6), proposed(7), draft(8)
