 Description   

Service-Path 1.5.x API has been superseded by Service-Path 1.6.x
Although, the 1.5.x models are still used  in a few places such as Renderer Junit tests.
As a result, the 1.5 doppelgangers models are still present in the API models.

This doesn't make sense anymore.
They must be cleaned up to ease the migration to openROADM service 5.1.0
