Update the topology building to make sure that the topoogy can be rebuilt after a node as disappeared and reappeared ; This implies to handle wavelengths and some of the interfaces created on the device, as well as the status of the equipment. The topology shall be automatically refreshed from notifications coming form the equipment. |
