 Description

As presented at the Sodium DDF https://wiki.opendaylight.org/images/e/e3/ODL_Sodium_DDF_2019_-_functional_tests_automation.pdf
the current ODL Jenkins gate allows to perform functional test by using the tox profile.
Though, this solution suffers from a few limitations.
The tests must be done sequentially but not parallelly.
Also it is impossible of course to test the code on real equipment with it but also to use customized docker images.
With Java 11 coming for Mg, our current simulators might become unusable with it. They must be build at each time.
This make the gate very fragile. It was broken end 2019, what impacts the project.

Installation and setting of a local testing environment which includes :
_Server installation in Orange Premises
_Request for and setting up the connectivy
_Setting up a docker cluster with several minions to parallelize tasks
_Setting up a Jenkins server with the gerrit stream connection.
