current status:
 - build OK + karaf starts but runtime KO
 - need to unenforce spotbugs during the release lifecycl
 - need to fix deprecated for removal  during the release lifecycle -> this concerns setters inherited from YANG
 - one "private" method of mdsal binding used by GNPy -> can it be removed ? 
 - need to set master branch releng builder to JDK11 => Done
    -> need to migrate Junit to Yangtools UintXX
