 Description   

_Add circuit-id in the PortMapping model for any of the Logical connection Point.
_In the renderer add code to populate/clean-up the circuit-id at service-creation/deletion for any of the port that have been updated by the renderer in the devices.

Evaluation indicators: code pushed on master branch, not necessarily merged, build + Junit OK, functests passed
