According to the OpenROADM white paper, after creation of ETH and OCH interfaces on XPDR node, equipment state of the supporting circuit-packs must be set to "not-reserved-inuse". After deletion, the equipment state of the supporting circuit-packs must be set to "not-reserved-available". |
