the gate is needed to identify regression or framework evolutions. Although, the tox profile and scripts used must regurlaly be adapted to conitnue working, especially during release phase. For example, LFN framework evolution, Java or python version can affect the behaviour of the gate. Aslo the functional tests scripts should be portable at least on regulars contributors platforms |
