Correct code in PCE to generate the reverse path, when port are unidirectional. As path in forward and reverse directions may use Logical Connection Points that are hosted on different ports path, in reverse direction can not just be extrapolated from forward. |

The bug is present but not in PCE but in Topology link creation |
