 Description   

The Service Handler shall reflect topological change affecting services in the corresponding service status. This includes :

  • Implementation of the Service to send notifications from the Topology manager to the Service Handler
    _ Modification of service status by the SH from received notification

Acceptance criteria : The code does not introduce regressions and some functional tests are added to test the service status change after a device and/or a device port gets out of service
