 Description

PCE now handles flexgrid. However some further developments are required to handle higher rates. First from rate and service format provided by the SH needs to be created the service-type that will correspond to higher rate services. Then the topology shall be pruned to remove all A and Z end points that do not have the ability to handle higher rate services. This pruning will be based on the port capabilities (including otsigroup-capability-profile-name) that will be handle in the PortMapping.
The path-description may also be adapted : a fisrt analysis might be required to identify whether some attributes must be added in the path description forwarded to the Service handler so that the rendering task can be performed for higher rates.

An adaptation for OTN service creation will be needed, notably to populate the opucn-trib-slots in the Otn-service-path rpc.

Acceptance criteria : the code does not introduce regressions, and unitary test are provided to check the behavior for 400G services over a single wavelength.
