Description

When we create an odu interface on a device 7.1, the odu container contains a maint-testsignal container in which the leaf testPattern is mandatory.
This leaf must be set.

Sorry, I didn't understand this bug:

Even through test-pattern is mandatory, isn't only when the test-signal "enabled = true". Currently in the TPCE code we have test signal enabled false, but still we are passing the test-pattern value.

Currently this change assigns a PRBS23, but for B100G services with G.709 standard, it seems like we need to use PRBS31, but not PRBS23.

Created another issue ~~TRNSPRTPCE-456~~. Basically to use different builder for honeynode and actual NEs until we find a common solution
