Create the set of functional tests for the updated version of the T-API module. This suite tests the creation and the deletion of a 10GE service between 2 10G MXPDR using TAPI create-conectivity-service and delete-connectivity-service RPCs through the following steps : 1/ create a photonic media connectivity service (equivalent to an OTU4 service creation in openROADM) 2/ create a ODU connectivity service (equivalent to an ODU4 service creation in openROADM) 3/ create a DSR connectivity service (equivalent to a 10GE service creation in openROADM) 4,5,6/ delete each of them
