 Description   

Refactor some transportpce yang models to be more explicit.

  • use grouping for nodes in transportpce-commpon-types
  • add nodes in renderer notification
  • put action as enumeration in renderer model
  • add a link-tp grouping that wil be reused for updating otn links inside otn-topology
  • add a link-for-notif grouping to notify otn-topology for updates
