 Description   

The test suite developped for 2.2.1 devices is adapted to 7.1 device to test service creation and deletion for the following use cases :
_100GE over OTU4 (Transponders)
_10GE over OTU4 (Muxponders)
_1GE over OTU4 (Muxponders)
Adaptations to the code are made if needed so that the test suite runs successfully

Acceptance criteria : Code adapted and submitted for review, as well as the test suite which is available and runs successfully.
