 Description   

lighty.io maven central package is now available for Phosphorus SR0 and SR1.
Need to incorporate support of NBI notifications.

Let-s notice that the current release 15.1.0 of artifact lighty-app-parent uses netconf dependencies in version 2.0.9 that integrates the following bug NETCONF-835, making the tpce log totally unreadable (hexadecimal log messages).
It is necessary to wait for an updated version of lighty.io that will rely on netconf version >=2.0.11 to avoid having such side-effect in our logs, before activating lighty.io for functional tests on the gate.

I've just filled [a bug report in Lighty.io github repo|https://github.com/PANTHEONtech/lighty/issues/888] and proposed a MR to fix it.
