Currently we have an openroadm-port-types version 7.1 OpenROADM models using an unofficial version that supports regeneration identity type https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/TRNSPRTPCE-532 However if there is 7.1 device that does not support this 'if-OTUCn-ODUCn-regen' identity is mounted on the controller, the hello exchange causes the openroadm-common-port-types.yang file to be copied to the schema directory which does not have the regen identity. Subsequent mounting of any other device that supports 'if-OTUCn-ODUCn-regen' will cause mount failure since the schema does not contain the respective identity. Only way we could avoid this is to have the file copied in the schema directory upon the build process.
