Portmapping model needs to be revisited to include all elements that are required to keep trace of the device configuration. This means including all interfaces and connections (roadm) or odu-connections that are created by the controller in the device and that would need to checked if a node get reconnected after a NETCONF communication brake.
We also need to consider that the portMapping shall be kept for any device even if they are disconnected, adding an equipment state to highlight whether the equipment is currently connected or if we lost the connection to it.
This is the first task to do before refactoring the portMapping class
